About Jolie:
My Journey

(If you’re more of a video/audio person, skip down to the videos I linked below where I share my story.)

In some ways, you could say I’ve lived multiple lives, restarting and reinventing myself through the fire of grief, trauma, and loss. My mission is simple: to show self-aware achievers—from corporate leaders to individuals in recovery—that you can walk through the fire too, and emerge with a life defined by peace, purpose, and authentic connection.

My clients are high-capacity givers, leaders, and thinkers who are often too smart for their own good. They crave "something more" but are stuck battling an internal lack of clarity, confidence, or ability to emotionally regulate. I specialize in resolving that painful internal disconnection and abandonment.

My Experience

Leveraging over 15 years of personal experience in addiction recovery and more than 10,000 hours of professional coaching, I use a highly integrative methodology—informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, nervous system regulation work, and shame-dispelling frameworks—to help you find your way back home to yourself.

My Coaching Philosophy

The foundation of my work is non-judgmental listening. I guide thousands of clients to dispel the shadows of shame and fear, cultivate radical self-acceptance and self-compassion, and reclaim their agency from a place of their inherent, fundamental goodness.

Believe me, I’ve worked with people in detoxes, rehabs, and jails: no matter what your story is, no matter what you’ve done or not done, no matter what’s been done to you, I can assure you of this truth:

You are good enough, and you are worthy of love. Goodness is your core nature, and we are all just looking to belong and feel safe and connected. I will show you love until you learn to love yourself.

If you are ready to finally invest in yourself, establish strong boundaries, and communicate (to others, and more importantly, to  yourself) with fearless authenticity, your journey begins here.

Coaching is about you, not me.

Still, it helps to know some of my story so you can feel safe and trust that you’re not alone.

My story is an open book!
